Yeah this is so F'ing frustrating but for the 3rd day in a row the ISP is having issues. This isn't some small neighborhood ISP causing the issue. This is the nation wide ISP for Canada. Glad I pay these huge rates for such reliable service!
But when you've got your own Monopoly who cares about the customer?

Apps for Mobile Listening....

K I've done a bit of research. For some reason you MUST have an app made these days to do anything on an mobile phone. Back in my day we used these things called a "web site" to access things using mobile. But that was free...and people can't make money off of Web pages. Its much better to make an app and Charge people to get them!

Finally that new release to work with all 3 of my personalities! Grains of Sound has released the latest project - Sine Language which is a Triple CD Release of all original work.

Vol. 1 - Up: is for your bouncing pulsating bass side, mixed with a Psy-trance and progressive kick.
Vol. 2 - Down: is a lush sounding track with the downtempo groove for your chilled out and winding down time. This is a very good listen! Which you'll hear on the Buzzoutroom
Vol. 3 - Under: when you're feeling like some good layered drones for a pure ambient zoning out.

Each Volume stands on its own as excellent produced works. Obviously you'll hear the most from Vol.2 on the downtempo side as there are several stand-out trackson this volume for the Buzzoutroom.

So I've added a flash player to the site for those who don't have the player installed.
I do have it set to autoplay. Normally I hate websites that start playing tunes but in this case as you are visiting the site for a Radio Station I figured I'd autoplay.

Update
Well how about that...it was using so much bandwidth with everyone connecting that it was taking the main stream off the air. Silly. So we won't be using that one now will we. That's why some of you were getting buffering this afternoon on the stream...which I've fixed.

Now back to the music...I won't try to fix anything that's working from now on.

Unfortunately it looks like some RAM on the server really screwed things up!

The station is running on a backup and I'm running the webserver on a pretty small host. In fact I think I can probably serv up the website requests by mailing you a picture of Buzzoutroom.com faster.

BUT the station is running and we're figuring it out. Tunez are most important. Welcome to community global online radio.

UPDATE
We've replaced the offending RAM on the server and things are up and running again...you'll also be happy to know that a backup server is ready to kick in should any of this happen again.

Holy Crap! Happy Birthday to Us!!!

Wow! I just realized that May 1st is the day the Buzzoutroom started broadcasting in 2003. Why? Why not? Internet radio was barely getting going and I thought the music collection I had was way better then FM radio...now I'm sure of it.

So today we should sit back and chill and have a nice celebratory drink to the tunes which the artists have sent in.

There have been MANY artists who have sent in their projects and we add more tracks every day. Every track is listened to 1st to ensure that it goes with the flow. Thanks for sending in your hard work! Glad we can have the rest of the world have a listen!

I expect all to go well and we don't expect any downtime.

The only thing which may cause issues is if you have a bookmarked link to other than http://www.buzzoutroom.com/listen.pls

If you find that a link suddenly isn't working make sure you bookmark the links on the right hand side of the page
